(AHSC) Applied Human Sciences
The Applied Human Sciences Student Association (AHSCSA) is a dynamic, involved, and inclusive student association. Our goal is to enrich the academic experiences of all AHSC students and foster a sense of community within our department. We do so by organizing program relevant workshops such as career panels, networking events such as the Human Systems Intervention graduate wine & cheese, and hosting social events such as Reggae and Astrology themed parties. In recent years, the student association has developed a strong tie with the Centre for the Arts in Human Development and has raised over $7,500 through benefit concerts. The association has also collected over 200 pairs of jeans for Dans La Rue’s denim drive and raised over $3,000 for Breast Cancer Research. AHSCSA also strives to collaborate with departments across campus; in recent years we have planned events with Religion, Psychology, and Biology students.

One service we provide to members is a Notes and Textbook database for Biology and Biochemistry courses. We also host a variety of social and academic events, such as wine and cheeses, hiking trips, comedy nights and crazy-themed parties! Finally the CGP is our annual conservation project where a group of Biology students heads to the Galapagos Islands to help with conservation efforts.

(CASE) Concordia Association of Students in English
The Concordia Association for Students in English is a group dedicated to fostering a strong community for students of English Literature and Creative Writing at Concordia University. CASE is responsible for organizing recreational and social gatherings, as well as workshops, poetry readings, lecture series and other activities relevant to the study and pursuit of literature. These activities and events concurrently offer forums for intellectual exchange, opportunities to network with likeminded individuals and, ultimately, forge lasting bonds among the participants, both student and faculty alike. Investing in such relationships will ultimately improve one's university experience, both inside and outside the classroom, and will continue to pay dividends in one's life post-Concordia. CASE is also the deliberative body of representation for students in English in their dealings with the department, the University administration, CSU and ASFA. In addition, CASE helps to fund Soliloquies, Concordia's biannual, student-run journal of poetry, short fiction and drama. Since its inception in 1996, Soliloquies has grown into a vibrant, national publication that proudly represents Concordia within the national literary scene. Our underlying goal is to offers students in English a rich and satisfying experience at Concordia. As such, we value and welcome ideas from our fellow students whose insights help us determine how best to serve the English student body.

(COMS Guild) Communication Studies Guild
The COMS Guild, also known as the Communication Studies Student Guild, is a group of six elected students who work hard year-round to organize social and academic events for the students in the Communications department. These events provide our students with a chance to integrate within their school community, make friends and connections, and have a break from their studies.
We act as a voice for the students, answering their questions, and keeping them informed about current events at the university and how they can get involved. We also work hard to make sure our students are aware about important world issues, and strive to make our events more sustainable, as well as reaching out, by donating food, time, and money to different causes.
We offer many services and resources to our students including a website forum, a gallery, connections with internship opportunities, and an office which is always open to students, with couches, a mini kitchen, and a computer. Among the things our students can look forward to this year are: Student sweaters, Movie Night, Wine and Cheese, Themed Parties, Clothing Swap, Prodfest, Snack Breaks, and much more!
