About the Speaker Meri Makaryan is a certified dietitian who received her bachelor degree in dietetics from McGill University in 2020. She currently works in a one-on-one practice to guide individuals through improving their health through mindful eating habits. Meri is an advocate for the importance of recognizing one's relationship to food and believes that all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle!
