The Mental Health Advocacy Committee Presents: Mindful Eating with Meri Makaryan

We often hear about how nutrition can impact our physical health, but what if it could have an impact on mental health too? In this workshop, you will be able to recognize your personal eating habits and reflect on the importance of your relationship with food. Through exploring how the food we eat affects our wellbeing, you will learn how to create a guided nutrition plan to improve your mental health 🍜🥕🍇🧁✨💁‍♀️

About the Speaker Meri Makaryan is a certified dietitian who received her bachelor degree in dietetics from McGill University in 2020. She currently works in a one-on-one practice to guide individuals through improving their health through mindful eating habits. Meri is an advocate for the importance of recognizing one's relationship to food and believes that all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle!
